EVERY appointment made must be canceled within 48 hours of scheduled appointment. The service provider cannot makeup for the time set aside for your reservation. Thank you for understanding.

If you book the incorrect service needed & cannot commit to the correct service your deposit is still non-refundable. It is your responsibility to read and book accordingly.

After TWO cancellations you will no longer be my client for 6-12 months.

You must come to your lash appointment with clean lashes. If not I may choose to no longer service you as a client. I am not legally responsible if you choose to not follow your aftercare instructions for cleanliness.

If you book a lash fill in at 4+ weeks your appointment will be canceled and a full set will be booked for your allotted time frame.

ALL forms must be signed if you refuse to sign or fill out any form I will refuse the service.

Any reaction must be documented, and you could receive a free set or partial refund.
